摘　　要：随着我国低温和生殖生物学的高速发展,人工授精技术被广泛应用。精液冷冻保存研究不断深入,其中山羊精液的冷冻保存技术不断发展。该技术可合理有效地提高山羊养殖收益,使配种突破地域、时间、生命的限制,提高优良种公羊的遗传资源,加快我国山羊品种的育种工作,提高配种效率和种用价值。山羊冷冻保存过程复杂,影响因素众多,如精液冷冻保存成分、冷冻解冻过程等。为实现山羊精液冷冻保存效果提高的目标,该文主要对山羊精液冷冻保存技术及不同保存剂对精液冷冻保存效果的影响进行归纳总结。With the rapid development of low temperature and reproductive biology in China,artificial insemination technology has been widely used.The research on Semen cryopreservation is going deep,and the technology of goat semen cryopreservation is developing continuously.Through this technique,the income of goat breeding can be increased reasonably and effectively.With the development of this technology,breeding can break through the restriction of region,time and life,improve the genetic resources of fine-breed Rams,accelerate the breeding of goat breeds in China,and improve the breeding efficiency and breeding value.The cryopreservation of goat semen is a complex process,which is affected by many factors,such as semen cryopreservation components,cryopreservation and so on.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of improving the efficacy of goat semen cryopreservation,this paper summarized the cryopreservation technology of goat semen and the influence of different cryopreservation agents on the cryopreservation effect,in order to provide a reference for the technology.
