摘　　要：鸡痛风病是一种营养代谢性疾病,主要是由于体内的蛋白质代谢出现紊乱,引发体内尿酸显著增多,尿酸进入血液系统中会造成高尿酸血症。临床上主要以腿部、翅膀、关节肿胀不能正常行走,关节囊、肾脏大量尿酸盐堆积为主要特征。鸡痛风病发生流行后,如果不能及时诊断,及时治疗,易激发感染其他传染性疾病,给养殖户带来更为严重的经济损失。该文主要论述鸡痛风病的发病与鉴别诊断方法,并提出防控措施。Chicken gout is a nutritional metabolic disease,mainly because of the protein metabolism disorder in the body,causing a significant increase in uric acid in the body,uric acid into the blood system will cause hyperuricemia.Clinically,the main characteristics are leg,wings and joint swelling,and large uric acid accumulation in the joint sac and kidneys.After the outbreak of chicken gout disease,if not timely diagnosis,timely treatment,it is easy to stimulate the infection of other infectious diseases,to bring more serious economic losses to farmers.This study combined with the incidence cases of a farm,discussed the incidence and differential diagnosis methods of chicken gout disease,and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.
