摘　　要：畜牧产品在社会经济发展中具有重要地位,但畜牧业动物极有可能存在疾病,若未做好相应的检疫工作,影响畜牧业的长远发展。为解决上述问题,全面提高动物检疫工作水平,促使肉食品的质量实现最优化,该文通过调研与分析文献资料,围绕畜牧兽医动物检疫方式展开探讨,并对其存在的问题与完善措施进行分析。Animal products play an important role in social and economic development,to meet the demand for meat products.However,the animal husbandry itself is very likely to have diseases,if the corresponding quarantine work is not done,affect the long-term development of animal husbandry.In order to solve the above problems,improve the level of animal quarantine in an all-round way and optimize the quality of meat products,this paper discusses the methods of animal quarantine in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine through investigation and analysis of literature,and the existing problems and improvement measures are analyzed.
