摘　　要：铁路视频监控智能控制系统用于实现对铁路视频摄像机进行远程开关闸,以及初步设备故障排查的功能。系统通过一整套智能控制系统达到了对铁路视频摄像机故障告警、远程解决、实时监测等目的。现场试验结果表明,设计的智能控制系统可替代传统的铁路视频前端控制箱对摄像机进行稳定、安全可靠的智能控制、管理,能够有效减少铁路维护人员的工作量。The railway video monitoring intelligent control system is used to realize the functions of remote switching of railway video cameras and preliminary equipment troubleshooting.The system achieves the purpose of fault alarm,remote solution and real-time monitoring of railway video cameras through a complete set of intelligent control system.The field test results show that the designed intelligent control system can replace the traditional railway video front-end control box to control and manage the cameras stably,safely and reliably,and effectively reduce the workload of railway maintenance personnel.
