不同能量和频率体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察不同能量和频率体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法80例输尿管上段结石患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为低频低能组和高频高能组,各40例。低频低能组采用低能低频体外冲击波碎石术治疗,高频高能组采用高频高能体外冲击波碎石术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良事件发生情况。结果高频高能组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于低频低能组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频高能体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效优于低频低能体外冲击波碎石术,且不会增加不良事件发生情况。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)with different energy and frequency in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 80 patients with upper ureteral calculi were randomly divided into a low-frequency low-energy group and a high-frequency high-energy group according to the order of consultation,with 40 cases in each group.The low-frequency lowenergy group was treated with low-energy low-frequency extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and the highfrequency high-energy group was treated with high-frequency high-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 90.0% in the high-frequency high-energy group,which was higher than 70.0% in the low-frequency low-energy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,the clinical effect of high-frequency high-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is better than that of low-energy low-frequency extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse events.
