益生菌制剂联合左氧氟沙星治疗糖尿病泌尿系统感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究益生菌制剂联合左氧氟沙星治疗糖尿病泌尿系统感染的临床疗效。方法136例糖尿病泌尿系统感染患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各68例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后尿含菌量、炎症因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平及血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的88.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组尿含菌量均低于本组治疗前,且观察组尿含菌量(80.46±14.35)个/ml低于对照组的(120.47±12.56)个/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-1β、IL-6水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组IL-4、IL-1β、IL-6分别为(70.34±7.69)、(85.31±10.34)、(170.36±19.45)ng/L,均低于对照组的(75.34±9.86)、(90.41±16.34)、(180.45±14.35)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FBG、2 h PBG水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组FBG、2 h PBG分别为(6.87±4.25)、(9.47±2.54)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(8.42±2.82)、(10.24±1.23)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与左氧氟沙星联合治疗糖尿病泌尿系统感染患者的效果优于左氧氟沙星,且更能帮助患者降低血糖水平,提升机体免疫水平,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probiotic preparations combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of diabetes-associated urinary tract infections.Methods A total of 136 patients with diabetes-associated urinary tract infections were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Bifid triple viable capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,urine bacterial content,inflammatory factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels and blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PBG)]levels before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate 97.06% of the observation group was higher than 88.24% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urine bacterial content of the two groups was lower than that of this group before treatment,and the urine bacterial content(80.46±14.35)/ml of the observation group was lower than(120.47±12.56)/ml of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-1β,and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the IL-4,IL-1β,and IL-6 in the observation group were(70.34±7.69),(85.31±10.34),and(170.36±19.45)ng/L,which were lower than(75.34±9.86),(90.41±16.34),and(180.45±14.35)ng/L in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FBG and 2 h PBG levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the FBG and 2 h PBG in the observation group were(6.87±4.25)and(9.47±2.54)mmol/L,which were lower than(8.42±2.82)and(10.24±1.23)mmol/L in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines in combination with levof
