摘  要:目的构建临床一站式服务中心,优化入出院流程,节约医疗资源,改善患者就医体验。方法从医院病案室调取骨科2019年1~6月的200份病例资料设为对照组(临床一站式服务中心成立前),另选取2021年1~6月的200份病例资料设为观察组。2020年8月成立临床一站式服务中心,对比临床一站式服务中心成立前后患者入、出院办理用时,患者入、出院满意度评分,床位使用率、床位周转率。结果观察组患者入、出院办理用时分别为(21.30±1.81)、(17.30±6.81)min,均短于对照组的(36.51±2.22)、(43.54±8.82)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者入、出院满意度评分分别为(88.12±2.06)、(93.02±1.96)分,均高于对照组的(77.53±2.15)、(74.83±1.93)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组床位使用率、床位周转率分别为106.68%、18.87%,均高于对照组的88.62%、16.45%。结论临床一站式服务中心有效降低了入出院办理时间,提高了医院的床位使用率,节约医疗资源的同时缓解了“住院难、住院繁”问题,改善患者就医体验。Objective Building clinical one-stop service center,optimizing the hospital admission and discharge processes,economizing medical resources and increasing patients’comfort.Methods The 200 case data of the orthopedic department from January to June 2019 were retrieved from the hospital case room and set as the control group(before the establishment of the clinical one-stop service center),and another 200 case data from January to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.The clinical one-stop service center was established in August 2020,and the time for hospital admission and discharge,patient satisfaction score with admission and discharge,bed utilization rate and bed turnover rate were compared before and after the establishment of the clinical one-stop service center.Results The time for hospital admission and discharge in the observation group were(21.30±1.81)and(17.30±6.81)min,which were shorter than(36.51±2.22)and(43.54±8.82)min in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction score with admission and dischargeof the observation group were(88.12±2.06)and(93.02±1.96)points,which were higher than(77.53±2.15)and(74.83±1.93)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The bed utilization rate and bed turnover rate of the observation group were 106.68%and 18.87%,which were higher than 88.62%and 16.45%of the control group.Conclusion Clinical one-stop service center can effectively reduce the time for hospital admission and discharge,increase the bed utilization rate,economize medical resources,alleviate the problems of difficulties and complexities in hospitalization,and increase patients’comfort.
