摘　　要：糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病常见的严重并发症,具有发病率高、致残率高、治愈率低等特点,严重威胁糖尿病患者的肢体健康。传统的内科基础治疗难以在短期内改善病情,而外科手术后并发症较多且预后差。以介入治疗为主的多学科协作综合治疗具有创伤小、安全性高、术后愈合快的优势,逐渐成为糖尿病足的主要治疗方式,本文就糖尿病足以血管介入治疗为主的多学科综合治疗进展作一综述。Diabetic foot(DF)is a common serious complication of diabetes mellitus.It has the characteristics of high incidence,high disability rate and low cure rate,which seriously threatens the physical health of diabetes mellitus patients.Traditional basic medical treatment is difficult to improve the condition in a short time,and there are many complications and poor prognosis after surgery.Multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive treatment based on interventional therapy has the advantages of less trauma,high safety and fast postoperative healing,and has gradually become the mainstream treatment of diabetic foot.This article reviews the progress of multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment based on interventional therapy for diabetes mellitus.
