摘　　要：目的对骨科常用药正骨水进行综合分析与评价,以期为正骨水的临床合理应用提供参考,对中成药综合评价的内容和方法进行探索,为各级医疗机构及医疗管理部门的药物遴选提供参考依据。方法应用循证医学、流行病学、医学统计学等知识体系,结合相关文献、资料和药品生产企业提供的信息,对正骨水的有效性、安全性、经济性、药学特性、质量等方面进行综合分析与评价研究。结果正骨水由九龙川、木香、海风藤、土鳖虫、豆豉姜、大皂角、香加皮、莪术、买麻藤、过江龙、香樟、徐长卿、降香、两面针、碎骨木、羊耳菊、虎杖、五味藤、千斤拔、朱砂根、横经席、穿壁风、鹰不扑、草乌、薄荷脑、樟脑共26种中药组成,具有活血祛瘀,舒筋活络,消肿止痛的功效。用于跌打扭伤,骨折脱位以及体育运动前后消除疲劳。安全性评价显示其无明显毒性,不良反应发生率低,具有足够的安全性。结论正骨水的安全性高,质量合格,临床疗效显著,使用方便,经济性尚可。实验研究与临床研究证据充分,总体上形成了一定的体系,可继续推广使用。但对于其体内药学特性和经济性方面的研究较少,依从性评价证据不足,有待进一步深入探讨;有效性和安全性研究的证据质量仍需进一步提高。其主要活性成分和药理机制方面还可以继续挖掘。Objective To comprehensively analyze and evaluate the commonly used Zhenggushui in orthopedics,so as to provide reference for the rational clinical application of Zhenggushui,explore the contents and methods of comprehensive evaluation of Chinese patent medicine,and provide reference for drug selection of medical institutions and medical management departments at all levels.Methods Based on the knowledge system of evidence-based medicine,epidemiology and medical statistics,combined with relevant literature,data and information provided by drug manufacturers,the effectiveness,safety,economy,pharmaceutical characteristics and quality of Zhenggushui were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.Results Zhenggushui was composed of 26 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,including Jiulongchuan,Muxiang,Haifengteng,ground beetle,litsea cubeba,Chinese honeylocust fruit,Chinese silkvine root bark,curcuma zedoary,sweetberry,entada phaseoloides,cinnamomum camphora,cynanchum paniculatum,lignum acronychiae,radix zanthoxyli,Suigumu,inula cappa,polygonum cuspidatum,Wuweiteng,Qianjinba,ardisia crenata,calophyllum membranaceum,Chuanbifeng,spiny aralia,radix aconiti agrestis,menthol,camphor.It had the effects of activating blood circulation,relieving blood stasis,relaxing muscles and activating collaterals,and relieving swelling and pain.Safety evaluation shows that it has no obvious toxicity,low incidence of adverse reactions and sufficient safety.Conclusion Zhenggushui has high safety,qualified quality,significant clinical efficacy,easy to use and fair economy.There is sufficient evidence from experimental and clinical studies,and a certain system has been formed in general,which can be further promoted.However,there are few studies on its pharmaceutical characteristics and economics in vivo,and the evidence of compliance evaluation is insufficient,which needs further discussion;The quality of evidence for effectiveness and safety research still needs to be further improved.Its main active components and pharmacological mechanis
