摘　　要：目的加强生命支持类医疗设备全生命周期的科学管理,提高设备运营效率。方法通过医疗设备理想保有量与实际拥有量的比较、医疗设备寿命与收益关系、设备调配中心运行现状,分析医院生命支持类医疗设备运营管理状况。结果医疗设备理想保有量与实际拥有量之间存在差距,同专业科室间设备配置不均、设备收益损耗高,调配中心设备存在“公地悲剧”问题,缺乏科学的设备管理制度等。结论医院需科学配置医疗设备,强化设备运营效率分析,完善设备管理制度,提高设备管理的信息化水平,加强医院设备调配中心建设等,以保障医疗设备的高效运行。Objective To strengthen the scientific management of the whole life cycle of life support medical equipment and improve the operational efficiency of equipment.Methods Based on the comparison between the ideal possession and actual ownership of medical equipment,the relationship between the life and income of medical equipment,and the operation status of equipment allocation center,the operation and management of hospital life support medical equipment were analyzed.Results There were some problems of the management including a gap between the ideal ownership and actual ownership of medical equipment,uneven equipment allocation among the same professional departments,high loss of equipment revenue,"tragedy of the commons"in the allocation of central equipment,and lack of scientific equipment management system.Conclusion Hospitals need to scientifically allocate medical equipment,strengthen equipment operation efficiency analysis,improve equipment management system,improve the informatization level of equipment management,and strengthen the construction of hospital equipment allocation center to ensure the efficient operation of medical equipment.
