手术室安全隐患与防控对策研究

摘　　要：目的对手术室中出现的安全隐患及防控对策进行研究。方法选择2021年1月至6月在我院行手术治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,其中1月至3月实施安全防控对策管理前的30例患者为对照组,3月至6月实施安全防控对策措施后30例患者为观察组。对实施安全防控对策管理前后手术室安全隐患事件出现情况以及手术室工作人员安全隐患防范意识进行比较。结果实施安全防控对策措施后,手术室安全隐患事件出现情况得到有效减少(p<0.05)。结论手术室安全管理过程中应具体分析安全隐患出现原因,针对不同原因进行防控,可以有效提高手术室安全管理水平。Objective To study the potential safety hazards in operating room and its prevention and control countermeasures. Methods 60 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January to June in 2021 were selected as the research objects, in whom 30 patients before the implementation of safety prevention and control measures from January to March were as the control group, and 30 patients after the implementation of safety prevention and control measures from April to June were as the observation group. The occurrence of potential risks in operating room and the safety awareness of operating room staffs before and after the implementation of safety prevention and control measures were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of safety prevention and control measures, the occurrence of potential risks in operating room was significantly reduced(p<0.05). Conclusion In the process of operating room safety management, specific analysis should be made on the causes of potential risks, and prevention and control should be carried out according to different reasons, which can effectively improve the safety management level in operating room.
