摘　　要：通过阐述我国麻精药品信息化管理的背景和存在问题,结合国外麻精药品信息化现状,提出了构建数字赋能区域麻精药品信息化平台的必要性和重要性。鄞州区利用自身信息化优势试点数字赋能建设麻精药品智管服系统,全面提高麻精药品的监管水平,旨在通过试点为麻精药品的全流程信息化管理创建一个新监管模式。This paper expounds the background and existing problems of narcotics and psychotropic drug information management in China, and puts forward the necessity and importance of constructing digital enabling regional narcotics and psychotropic drug information platform by combining with the current situation of narcotics and psychotropic drug informatization abroad. Yinzhou District uses its informatization advantages to pilot the construction of digital intelligent management system of narcotics and psychotropic drugs, which could comprehensively improve its supervision and create a new supervision mode for the whole process information management of narcotics and psychotropic drugs through the pilot.
