摘　　要：在医院高质量发展模式下,医疗设备高强度运转引发设备故障率和维修量的日益增多,对医疗设备工程技术保障提出了新的要求。本文探索与高质量发展相适应的医疗设备工程技术保障模式,通过挖掘分析医疗设备维修数据,聚焦故障频次、故障率、故障类型及数量等关键量值,运用DMAIC质量管理方法,优化预防性维护策略并持续改进,进一步降低医疗设备的故障率,提升医疗安全,保障临床工作效率,对公立医院高质量发展具有积极意义。In the context of the high quality development of hospitals, the high intensity operation of medical equipment leads to the increasing of equipment failure rate and maintenance amount, which puts forward new requirements for medical equipment engineering and technical support. This paper explores the medical equipment engineering technical support mode suitable for high quality development. By analyzing the maintenance data of medical equipment, focusing on the key values such as failure frequency, failure rate, failure type and quantity, using DMAIC quality management method, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies, the failure rate of medical equipment is further reduced, medical safety is improved, and the efficiency of clinical work is ensured, which is of positive significance to the high quality development of public hospitals.
