摘　　要：文章通过对预算管理信息化建设需求的分析,以作者所在医疗集团为例,从预算管理信息系统的保障措施、内容构建、使用成效、存在的问题和改进方向等几方面进行介绍,期望能为其他医院的相关建设提供参考。Based on the analysis of the demands of budget management information construction, this paper takes the author’s medical group as an example to introduce the supporting measures, content construction, operation effect, existing problems and improvement direction of the budget management information system, hoping to provide reference for the relevant system construction of other hospitals.
