基于CiteSpace的医院档案管理研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的探究近年来医院档案管理相关的研究热点问题。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)中检索出的1154篇相关文献作为基础,运用CiteSpace软件对检索到的文献进行关键词聚类分析,并运用关键词突现功能,探讨不同时期医院档案管理的研究趋势。结果结合聚类图和关键词频次表,排在频次表前10位的关键词有“病历档案”“档案材料”“文件材料”“病案”等,且出现了“档案工作”“病案管理”“管理”“档案材料”等13个突现词。结论医院档案管理的研究热点是医院各类档案的研究和病案管理研究。医院档案收集与管理、医疗档案信息化和医院各类档案管理问题的对策研究,是不同时期医院档案管理领域研究的关注焦点。Objective To explore the research focuses related to hospital archives management in recent years. Methods Based on 1154 relevant literatures retrieved from CNKI database, keyword clustering analysis was carried out by using CiteSpace software, and keyword emergent function was used to explore the research trend of hospital archives management in different periods. Results Combined with the cluster chart and keyword frequency table, the key words of medical record archives, file material, document material and medical record were ranked top 10 in frequency table respectively, and there were 13 breakout words such as archive work, medical record management, management and file material. Conclusion The research focuses of hospital archives management are the research of all kinds of hospital archives and medical record management. The research trend of hospital archives management in different periods is the collection and management of hospital archives, the informatization of medical archives and the countermeasures of all kinds of hospital archives management.
