摘  要:针对Rijke型燃烧器的碳烟排放过高的问题,利用扬声器诱发火焰与声波的共振使火焰进入脉动燃烧状态以达到碳烟抑制的目的。首先分析了声波的频率、振幅和波形及乙炔的流量对碳烟抑制效果的影响,然后分析了火焰周期性变化图像,并测量了火焰的温度。结果表明:在共振频率为170 Hz和346 Hz的情况下,当输入振幅超过0.04 V时,碳烟抑制率最高可接近100%;碳烟的抑制效率与外加声波的波形(方波、正弦波和三角波)相关,在频率较高(346 Hz)时差异更为明显;与其他波形相比,施加方波时,在同样的位置,火焰的温度最高,碳烟抑制效果最佳,其原因是方波对空气气团的压缩最强,提高了燃料与氧气的混合效果,促进了碳烟颗粒的再氧化,从而提高了燃烧效率。利用扬声器诱发的脉动燃烧能有效地抑制碳烟的生成,这可为Rijke型燃烧器的设计提供理论依据。Aiming at the problem of excessively high soot emissions in Rijke-type burner,the loudspeaker was harnessed to induce the flame into the pulsating combustion state by virtue of resonance of acoustic wave and flame to achieve the purpose of soot suppression.The effects on the soot suppression efficiency were first analyzed on the part of frequency,amplitude and waveform of acoustic wave as well as rate of acetylene flow.Then,diagrams of flame periodic variation were expounded,coupled with measurement of flame temperature.The results show that when the acoustic amplitude exceeds 0.04 V,the soot suppression efficiency peaks at 100%with the resonance frequency of 170 Hz and 346 Hz;the soot suppression efficiency is related to the waveform of external acoustic wave(square wave,sine wave and triangular wave),with more striking differences at higher frequency(346 Hz);compared with other waveforms,the temperature of the flame is the highest at the same position when the square wave is applied,hence yielding the best soot suppression effect.The reason is that the compression of square wave on air mass is the strongest,improving the mixing effect of fuel and oxygen and promoting the reoxidation of soot particles,thus enhancing the combustion efficiency.The pulsating combustion induced by the loudspeaker can effectively inhibit the formation of soot,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of Rijke-type burner.
