摘  要:氢电导率是火力发电机组水汽品质监督的一项重要指标,关系整个热力系统的安全与稳定。某超临界供热机组水汽氢电导率出现异常偏高现象,通过水汽氢电导率、脱气氢电导率、痕量阴离子和总有机碳离子的测试,分析测试结果表明,凝结水泵密封不严以及锅炉补给水中有机物含量过高共同导致机组水汽系统氢电导率异常偏高。通过对凝结水泵进行查漏封堵,执行除氧器排气门微开,机组水汽氢电导率迅速恢复正常,从而降低机组热力设备腐蚀、结垢、积盐的风险,保障机组安全经济运行。Hydrogen conductivity is an important index of steam quality supervision of thermal power unit, which is related to the safety and stability of the whole thermodynamic system. The water-steam hydrogen conductivity of a supercritical heating unit was abnormally high. Through the detection of watersteam hydrogen conductivity, degassing hydrogen conductivity, trace anions and total organic carbon ions, the analysis results show that the reasons for the abnormally high hydrogen conductivity of the water-steam system of the unit are the lax sealing of the condensate pump and the high content of organic matter in the boiler make-up water. According to the analysis results, counter measures would be taken in time to quickly restore the hydrogen conductivity of water-steam to normal, such as check and block the condensate pump, slightly open the exhaust valve of the deaerator. Then, the risk of corrosion, scaling and salt accumulation of thermodynamic system was been reduced, and the long-term safe and economic operation of the unit was been ensured.
