全保护加氧处理在1000MW超超临界间接空冷机组的应用

摘　　要：为解决某电厂两台1000MW超超临界间接空冷机组在氧化性全挥发处理时,给水、高加疏水系统存在流动加速腐蚀、凝结水精处理混床再生频繁、再生酸、碱及除盐水用量高等问题,应用了全保护加氧处理。全保护加氧处理后,不仅抑制了两台机组给水、高加疏水系统流动加速腐蚀,实现了水汽系统热力设备的全面保护,全年还减少了约74.17t的25%氨水使用量、约98.7t的酸用量、约117.5t的碱用量、约18800t的除盐水用量,同时相应的减少了废水排放及新鲜水取用,全年产生约123万元的直接经济效益,在保障机组安全稳定运行的同时,为火力发电厂节水减排措施实施提供了新思路。For two 1000MW ultra-supercritical indirect air-cooled units of a power plant, in the oxidative total volatilization treatment, flow accelerated corrosion in feed water system and high pressure heater drain system, frequent regeneration of condensate polishing mixed bed, regeneration acid, alkali and demineralized water consumption is high. So the full protection oxygenation treatment was applied.After full protection and oxygenated treatment, it not only inhibits the flow accelerated corrosion, realizes the comprehensive protection of the thermal equipment of the water vapor system, but also reduces the consumption of 25% ammonia water by about 74.17t, the acid consumption of about 98.7t, the alkali consumption of about 117.5t, and the demineralized water consumption of about 18800t. Simultaneously it has reduced wastewater discharge and fresh water consumption. Two units have generated a direct economic benefit of about 1.2294million yuan in the whole year. While ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit, it has provided a new idea for thermal power plants to save water and reduce emissions.
