摘  要:管道运输是油田生产中主要的介质输送方式,目前我国多数油田集输官网系统已经服役多年,受管线材质、使用环境以及输送介质的理化性质决定管线防腐措施普遍存在受损或失效现象,进入了事故的多发时期,目前埋地管线主要使用物理防腐层以及电化学防腐两种措施,管线在防腐措施失效以后,管线会加速腐蚀出现断裂、穿孔等事故,造成停产、介质泄露等诸多问题,严重的影响了生产的持续性,同时油田集输网络输送介质类型多数为易燃、易爆、有毒介质,会造成火灾、爆炸、中毒等灾难性事故,也会对周边生态环境带来严重威胁,为了提高生产运行稳定性以及安全性,就必须加强管线防腐状态检测的工作质量,及时发现防腐失效管线第一时间进行处理。课题研究由此出发,深入分析探讨现阶段油田使用的管线防腐层检验和评价技术,并对技术未来的发展趋势做出展望。Pipeline transportation is the main medium transportation mode in oil field production. At present, most of the oil field gathering and transportation official network systems in China have been in service for many years. Due to the pipeline material, service environment and physical and chemical properties of the transmission medium, pipeline anti-corrosion measures are generally damaged or ineffective, entering a period of frequent accidents. At present, buried pipelines mainly use physical anti-corrosion coatings and electrochemical anti-corrosion measures, After the failure of anti-corrosion measures, the pipeline will accelerate corrosion and cause fracture, perforation and other accidents,resulting in production stoppage, medium leakage and many other problems, which seriously affect the continuity of production. At the same time, most of the transmission media in the oil field gathering and transmission network are flammable, explosive and toxic media, which will cause catastrophic accidents such as fire, explosion and poisoning, and also pose a serious threat to the surrounding ecological environment, In order to improve the stability and safety of production and operation, it is necessary to strengthen the work quality of pipeline anti-corrosion status detection, and deal with the anti-corrosion failure pipeline as soon as it is found in time.From this point of view, the research deeply analyzes and discusses the pipeline anti-corrosion coating inspection and evaluation technology used in the oil field at this stage, and makes prospects for the future development trend of the technology.
