摘　　要：研究4×0.225UT OC特高强度钢丝帘线在半钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:与2+2×0.25HT高强度钢丝帘线相比,4×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线直径和线密度小,以其替代2+2×0.25HT钢丝帘线用于半钢子午线轮胎带束层,成品轮胎的强度、高速性能和耐久性能满足开发要求,舒适性能提升,同时可减小钢丝帘线及胶料用量,节约成本。The application of 4×0.225UT OC steel cord with ultra high tenacity in the belt of steelbelted radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 2+2×0.25HT high tenacity steel cord,4×0.225UT OC steel cord possessed smaller diameter and lower linear density;by using 4×0.225UT OC steel cord to replace 2+2×0.25HT steel cord in the belt of steel-belted radial tire,the strength,high speed performance and durability of the finished tire met the development requirements,the driving comfort was improved,at the same time the amount of steel cord and compound were decreased,and the cost was reduced.
