摘 要:针对传统混凝土泵车整车匹配不适及油耗高的问题,基于远程数据终端远程采集的大量数据进行分析,结合混凝土泵车的结构及运行特点,总结出了泵车行驶、待料和泵送三种主要的工况特征。通过对比分析这三种工况的工况分布、工况占比及瞬态特性,发现了泵车在行驶及作业两种场景下的发动机运行工况差异,结合发动机比油耗万有特性及液压泵效率万有特性,为发动机本体的二次开发及整车应用匹配的优化提供了理论依据,对节能降耗具有重要意义。Aiming at the problem of improper matching and high fuel consumption of traditional concrete pump truck,based on the remote data terminal remote acquisition of a large amount of data for analysis,combined with the structure and operation characteristics of concrete pump truck,three main working conditions of the pump truck are summarized:running,waiting and pumping.The distribution,proportion and transient characteristics of the three working conditions are compared and analyzed,the differences of engine operating conditions in driving and operating scenarios are found,and combined with engine specific fuel consumption universal characteristics and hydraulic pump efficiency universal characteristics,it provides a theoretical basis for the secondary development of engine body and the optimization of vehicle application matching.and it is of great significance to energy saving and consumption reduction.
