摘 要:在重型发动机生产线设备管理工作中,预防故障在生产时间发生,是降低对生产影响的重要手段,受到投入成本的约束,基于运行状态监控的预见性维护在仅能够覆盖个别部位,而预防性维护工作覆盖面要远远高于预见性维护,因此预防性维护工作是提前规避设备故障的最主要手段。本文将对传统的基于人工统计、协调的预防性维护手段进行升级探讨,实现基于信息化和智能化的预防性维护工作。Research on the construction of intelligent system for preventive maintenance of heavy-duty engine production line equipment in the management of heavy-duty engine production line equipment,preventing faults from occurring during production time is an important means to reduce the impact on production.Constrained by the input cost,predictive maintenance based on operation status monitoring can only cover individual parts,while the coverage of preventive maintenance is much higher than predictive maintenance,Therefore,preventive maintenance is the most important means to avoid equipment failure in advance.In this paper,the traditional preventive maintenance means based on manual statistics and coordination will be upgraded and discussed to realize the preventive maintenance based on information and intelligence.
