摘　　要：阐述了机器视觉检测系统的概念、组成、结构及其原理,并以座圈铜片码垛机器视觉系统在熔铜粉末冶金气门座圈烧结前座圈、铜片自动码垛设备上的应用为例,验证了增加视觉系统后,可以实现“机器换人”,提高了生产效率和标准化作业水平。This paper expounds the concept,composition,structure and principle of machine vision detection system,and takes the application of the machine vision system of copper plate palletizing machine in the front seat ring and copper chip automatic palletizing equipment as an example,and verifies that after adding the visual system,"machine replacement"can be achieved and the production efficiency and standardized work level can be improved.
