摘  要:全自动激光去溢料机中的定位机构使芯片模组在机器中准确定位,实现封装后溢料的精准去除。针对采用Solidworks软件完成造型和装配设计的定位机构,利用Simulation插件的有限元分析功能,对该机构分别进行自由和约束状态下的模态分析,研究其在振动情形下可能导致的零部件结构变形及原因,以此为依据提出合理的结构改进建议和措施,以保证零部件乃至机构设计的准确性和合理性。该方法也可用于自动化设备整机设计的合理性验证与结构改进和优化。The positioning mechanism in the full-automatic laser material removal machine enables the chip module to be accurately positioned in the machine,so as to achieved the accurate removal of material overflow after packaging.Aiming at the positioning mechanism that uses SolidWorks software to complete the modeling and assembly design,the finite element analysis function of simulation plug-in is used to carry out the modal analysis of the mechanism in the free and constrained states respectively,study the possible structural deformation of parts and components and its causes under the vibration situation,and based on this,put forward reasonable suggestions and measures for structural improvement,so as to ensure the accuracy and rationality of parts and components and even mechanism design.This method can also be used to verify the rationality of the whole design of automation equipment and improve and optimize the structure.
