摘  要:在汽油机制造中应用等离子喷涂获得气缸孔涂层,替代传统的铸铁缸套,可以改善燃烧室向冷却液的散热,有助于提升整机动力与排放。涂层气缸工艺流程中的关键工序是铝合金基体粗化、等离子喷涂、珩磨。决定涂层质量的主要因素有:气缸孔基体粗化质量、等离子气体燃烧器功率、工作气体、废气与残余颗粒抽吸、喷涂工艺参数。与缸套气缸不同的是,涂层气缸利用微小孔隙储油,相应的缸孔珩磨工艺也有差异。缸孔等离子喷涂是一种可靠、有价值的工艺应用。In the manufacturing of gasoline engines,the application of plasma spraying to obtain the cylinder bore coating can replace the traditional cast iron cylinder liner,improve the heat dissipation from the combustion chamber to the coolant,and help to improve the overall power and emissions.The key processes in the process of coating cylinder are aluminum alloy substrate roughening,plasma spraying and honing.The main factors that determine the coating quality are:the coarsening quality of the cylinder bore substrate,the power of the plasma gas burner,the working gas,the exhaust gas and residual particle suction,and the spraying process parameters.Different from the cylinder liner cylinder,the coated cylinder uses tiny pores to store oil,and the corresponding cylinder bore honing process is also different.Cylinder hole plasma spraying is a reliable and valuable process application.
