摘 要:通过对柴油车尾气净化器中贵金属含量抽检检测数据分析,得出我国柴油车尾气净化器中贵金属含量存在一定问题,不合格率大于20%。测试判定标准的缺失导致催化剂生产企业对柴油车尾气净化器中贵金属生产控制重视程度远低于汽油车,监管部门也缺少相应的监管依据。通过对抽检数据的分析,使监管部门和车企了解目前柴油车尾气净化器中贵金属含量状况,应尽快完善柴油车相关标准,补充相应条款起到对净化器中贵金属含量的监管作用,实现对柴油车尾气排放有效控制,从源头预防大气污染。Through the analysis of the sampling inspection data of precious metal content in diesel vehicle exhaust purifier,it is concluded that there are some problems in the precious metal content in diesel vehicle exhaust purifier in China,and the unqualified rate is more than 20%.The lack of test criteria leads to the fact that catalyst manufacturers pay much less attention to the production control of precious metals in diesel exhaust purifiers than gasoline vehicles,and the regulatory authorities also lack the corresponding regulatory basis.Through the analysis of sampling inspection data,the regulatory authorities and vehicle enterprises can understand the current situation of precious metal content in diesel vehicle exhaust purifiers.Relevant standards for diesel vehicles should be improved as soon as possible,and corresponding provisions should be supplemented to supervise the precious metal content in the purifiers,so as to achieve effective control of diesel vehicle exhaust emissions and prevent air pollution from the source.
