基于乡村再生理念的乡村建筑适应性更新策略研究——以湖南省花垣县洞冲村为例

摘　　要：本研究以湖南省花垣县洞冲村为例,通过引入乡村再生理念,从文化留存困境、配套设施困境、场地建设困境三个方面对乡村建筑更新过程中存在的问题进行剖析,探索基于乡村再生理念的乡村建筑如何从传承与创新两方面构建乡村建筑的适应性更新路径,提出现代的乡村建筑应当遵循传承乡土文化、适应村域环境、融合场所活力、创新建筑符号的方式,以区域统筹的角度进行适应性更新,发掘村庄已有的再生条件,促进乡村建筑的可持续发展,进而实现乡村振兴的伟大战略。Taking Dongchong Village in Huayuan County, Hunan Province as an example, the paper in-troduces the concept of rural regeneration, analyzes the problems existing in the process of rural architecture renewal from three aspects of the local culture regeneration difficulties, the difficulties of the supporting facili-ties and site construction difficulties, and explores how rural architecture construct the adaptive renewal path of rural architecture from two aspects of inheritance and innovation based on the concept of rural regenera-tion. It is proposed that modern rural architecture should follow the ways of inheriting local culture, adapting to the village environment, integrating the vitality of the site and innovating architectural symbols, carry out adaptive renewal from the perspective of re-gional overall planning, explore the existing regenera-tion conditions of the village, promote the sustainable development of rural architecture and realize the great strategy of rural revitalization.
