摘  要:在KANO模型以及问卷科学分析的基础上,对上海新华路外国弄堂内的生活垃圾分类收集站,基于安全性、地域性、多功能性、易操作性进行功能和造型层面的适老化改造,呼吁在后疫情时代,老旧社区的生活垃圾分类收集站等设施的改造优化应重视与经济相结合:设施改造吸引经济投资,经济投资反哺设施改造。也验证了KANO模型在设计与改造公共设施方面的可行性。同时为老旧社区的生活垃圾分类收集站提供一种可参考的设计实践,使其进行落地和推广成为一种可能。Based on KANO model and the scientific analysis of questionnaires, the domestic waste classification and collection station in the foreign Lane on Xinhua Road in Shanghai was transformed to be suitable for aging in both function and shape from the aspects of safety, regionality, multi-functions and operation.In the post-epidemic era, it is called that the transformation and optimization of the domestic waste classification and collection station in the old communities should pay attention to the model of combination with the economy, that is, the facility transformation attracts investment and then the investment promotes the transformation of the communities. It also verifies the feasibility of KANO model in the design and transformation of public facilities. It also provides a design practice for the domestic waste classification and collection stations in the old communities for reference and makes it be feasible to be implemented and promoted.
