摘　　要：本文研究对象为陕南清代会馆,通过对会馆类建筑的现状调研进行分析研究,并且以江西会馆作为案例,运用田野调研法、归纳总结法、对比分析法及建筑类型学等对陕南会馆建筑的地理位置、空间布局、建筑风格形式进行归纳总结和整理,从自然因素和人文因素对陕南会馆类建筑的影响进行剖析。最后,结合国家对于传统建筑的保护政策,从城市与建筑关系的角度出发,分别从功能转型和空间转型两方面进行阐述,以此更合理地利用会馆类建筑的空间,对陕南会馆在今后的发展保护中提出合理的保护策略,以此来调节所在城市的空间肌理。The main research object of this paper is the Guild Hall of the Qing Dynasty in southern Shaanxi. Through the investigation and analysis on the current situation of the Guild Hall building,taking Jiangxi Guild Hall as a case, the paper uses the field research method, the inductive summary method, the comparative analysis method and the architectural typology, etc. to summarize and organize the geographical location, spatial layout, and architectural styles of the Guild Hall building in southern Shaanxi, and then analyzes the influencing factors of the Guild Hall building in southern Shaanxi from both natural and human factors. Finally,combining with the protection policies for the traditional buildings by the state, starting from the perspective of the relationship between the city and the building, it elaborates from the aspects of function transformation and space transformation respectively, so as to make more reasonable use of the space of hall-like buildings. It proposes reasonable protection strategies for the future development and protection of the Guild Hall in southern Shaanxi so as to adjust the spatial texture of the city where it is located.
