摘 要:为准确测定地表水体中总磷含量,同时对磷形态进行分析研究,选取ICP-OES法通过直接进样和消解处理后进样的方式分别对可溶性总磷酸盐(DTP)及总磷(TP)进行测定,结合IC法对正磷酸盐(DP)的测定,达到对总磷形态的定量分析。结果表明:ICP-OES法在磷元素测定中具有较高准确度,同时在测定中采用石墨和电热板两种不同消解方式下测值差异不大,选取磷酸盐标准品对原子化效率进行考察中除酯类物质略偏低外,其余化合物均较好;在结合IC法对水体总磷形态进行定量分析可知,各季节成都地区地表水水质总磷含量中DTP质量百分数均大于82.5%,而DTP中DP质量百分数均大于54.0%,且水体磷形态中正磷酸盐(DP)、溶解性有机磷(DOP)、颗粒态磷(PP)之间总体呈现ρ(DP)>ρ(DOP)>ρ(PP)的特征。通过本研究可以达到对地表水总磷形态的初步了解,为成都地区地表水总磷污染防治提供参考。In order to accurately determine the content of total phosphorus in surface water and analyze the forms of phosphorus,the ICP-OES method was used to determine soluble total phosphate(DTP)and total phosphorus(TP)through direct sample injection and sample injection after digestion,respectively,combined with the determination of orthophosphate(DP)by IC method,the form of total phosphorus(TP)was Quantitative analysis.The results showed that ICP-OES has a high accuracy in the determination of phosphorus element,and there is no significant difference between graphite and electric heating plate in the determination,the atomization efficiency of phosphate standard was investigated,except for the esters,which were slightly lower,all the other compounds were better.Through Quantitative analysis of total phosphorus form in water by IC method,it showed that the mass percentage of DTP in total phosphorus content of surface water in Chengdu area was more than 82.5%,and the mass percentage of DP in DTP was more than 54.0%,and the phosphorus forms of water body showed the characteristics of among Orthophosphate(DP),dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP)and particulate phosphorus(PP).This study can achieve a preliminary understanding of the form of total phosphorus in surface water,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of surface water total phosphorus pollution in Chengdu area.
