摘 要:填埋是我国早期污泥的主要处置途径之一,但是未经预处理的污泥含水率极高,易引发填埋场工程灾害,并对区域环境造成破坏,因此亟需对其进行脱水加固。采用化学调理-真空预压技术可以解决大面积堆填污泥物理力学性质差的问题,通过固结试验研究不同化学调理下污泥的固结特性,通过真空预压试验研究不同化学调理下污泥沉降量、排水量及含水率的变化。结果表明,化学调理方法能够显著提高污泥固结系数,经过FeCl_(3)和Fenton调理的污泥固结系数较原状污泥分别提升了5~8倍和近8倍;调理污泥真空预压处理效果明显优于原状污泥,经Fenton调理的污泥处理效果最好;FeCl_(3)和Fenton调理的污泥经过真空预压后,含水率较原状污泥分别降低了70%~120%和200%左右。采用Fenton调理-真空预压技术可以更有效的对填埋污泥进行脱水加固。Landfill is one of the main disposal methods of early sludge in China, but the water content of sludge without pretreatment is extremely high, which is easy to cause landfill engineering disaster and damage to the regional environment, so it is in necessary to dehydrate and reinforce it. Chemical conditioning-vacuum preloading technology can solve the problem of poor physical and mechanical properties of large-area landfill sludge. The consolidation characteristics of sludge under different chemical conditioning were studied through consolidation test, and the changes of sludge settlement, displacement and water content under different chemical conditioning were studied through vacuum preloading test. The results showed that the chemical conditioning method can significantly improve the consolidation coefficient of sludge. Compared with the undisturbed sludge, the consolidation coefficient of the sludge conditioned by FeCl_(3) and the sludge conditioned by Fenton are increased by 5~8 times and nearly 8 times respectively. The treatment effect of vacuum preloading treatment of conditioned sludge is obviously better than that of undisturbed sludge, and the treatment effect of Fenton conditioned sludge is the best. After vacuum preloading, the water content of sludge prepared by FeCl_(3) and Fenton decreased by 70%~120% and 200%, respectively, compared with the original sludge. Fenton conditioning-vacuum preloading technology can be used to dehydrate and reinforce landfill sludge more effectively.
