摘  要:为解决目前工业含氟污泥量大与出路有限之间的矛盾、消除氟的二次污染,同时可以解决氟石精矿资源日益紧缺的严峻问题,对含氟工业污泥进行盐化、酸化、氟化及碱化四步法处理,对比用单步处理将含氟污泥进行除杂优化并进行中试研究。结果表明,含氟污泥中CaF_(2)的含量高,可达总量的70%,四步处理法效果较好,除杂后氟化钙质量分数达到81%,收率为72.53%。中试试验效果显著,酸级氟化钙产量高,形成了成熟的制备方案。本文为含氟污泥资源化处置提供了新的技术方案,为固体废弃物的处理与资源化利用及土壤污染防治提供了崭新的思路。In order to solve the contradiction between the large amount of industrial fluorine-containing sludge and the limited way out,to eliminate the secondary pollution of fluorine,and to solve the severe problem of increasing shortage of fluorspar concentrate resources,this paper carried out the four-step treatment of the fluorine-containing sludge,salination,acidification,fluoridation and alkalization,compared with the single-step treatment to optimize the impurity removal of fluorine-containing sludge and conducted a pilot study.The results showed that the content of CaF_(2) in fluorine-containing sludge is high,up to 70% of the total amount.The effect of four-step treatment method is excellent.The mass fraction of calcium fluoride after impurity removal reaches 81% and the yield is 72.53%.The pilot test results are remarkable and the output of acid grade calcium fluoride is high,formed a mature preparation scheme.This paper provides a new technical scheme for the resource disposal of fluorine-containing sludge and a new idea for the treatment and resource utilization of solid waste and the prevention and control of soil pollution.
