摘　　要：我国石化园区数量众多,由于石化行业的高污染与难治理特点,累积性环境风险逐渐成为石化园区实现空气质量持续改善的瓶颈。因此,以某石化园区累积性环境风险评估为例,在借鉴已有文献关于突发性环境风险等级法和网格法评价技术思路的基础上,建立园区累积性大气环境风险评估体系和评估方法,对园区整体累积性环境风险进行分级评估,并借助网格法划分500m×500m评估单元,根据等级法中的风险值和污染源的污染物排放情况,构建园区累积性风险分布地图,细化累积性环境风险的空间分异特征,提出环境风险管理建议,对于提升企业和园区累积性环境风险应急能力及精细化管理水平具有重要意义。There are many petrochemical parks in China,and due to the high pollution and difficult treatment characteristics in the petrochemical industry,cumulative environmental risks have gradually become a bottleneck for achieving sustainable air quality improvement in petrochemical parks.Taking cumulative environmental risk assessment of a petrochemical park as an example,based on the ideas of the existing literature on the hierarchical method and the grid method of sudden environmental risk,the cumulative atmospheric environmental risk assessment system and method of the petrochemical parks were established in this paper,and the cumulative atmospheric environmental risk of the petrochemical parks was assessed in a hierarchical way.In addition,the 500 m×500 m assessment cell was divided by the grid method.On this basis,according to the risk values in the hierarchical method and pollutant emissions from the risk sources,a cumulative risk distribution map of the park was constructed,the spatial differentiation characteristics of cumulative atmospheric environmental risks was refined,and environmental risk management suggestions were put forward,which are of great significance to improve the emergency response capability and refinement management of cumulative environmental risks of enterprises and the petrochemical parks.
