雌激素与同型半胱氨酸对绝经期女性冠心病的影响和相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经期女性冠心病患者血清雌激素、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,两者相关性及对冠心病的可能影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院收治的经冠状动脉造影确诊冠心病(CHD)的绝经期女性100例(观察组),选取同时期行常规体检的绝经期健康女性86例(对照组),比较两组血雌激素、Hcy水平;比较观察组不同亚组血雌激素、Hcy水平和分析血雌激素与Hcy水平的相关性。结果观察组血雌二醇(E2)水平低于对照组,Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组4个亚组间血E2水平依次逐渐下降,Hcy水平逐渐上升(P<0.05);观察组血E2水平与Hcy水平呈负相关(r=-0.477,P<0.05)。结论雌激素及HCY可影响绝经期女性CHD的发病和病变程度,雌激素与Hcy呈负相关。Objective To explore a potential association between the blood estrogen level and homocysteine(Hcy)level in menopause women with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 100 menopause women who were diagnosed with CHD through percutaneous transluminal coronary angiography in the Second Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as treatmeatgoup.86 menopause heathy women were selected as control group.The blood estrogen and Hcy level were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,theestrogen-2 level was significantly lower and the Hcy level was significantly higher in treatment group(P<0.001).The estrogen-2 gradually decreased and the Hcy gradually increased(P<0.05)in four submits of treatmeat group(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the estrogen-2 level and the Hcy level.Conclusion The estrogen and Hcy might affect the Incidence and the pathologic changes of CHD in postmenopausal women.There was a negative correlation between the estrogen-2 level and the Hcy level.
