依法治校视域下高校学生管理法治化探析

摘　　要：随着全面推进依法治国和教育治理现代化的提出,依法治校日益迫切,对学生教育管理也提出了法治化的要求。《普通高等学校学生管理规定》为高校学生管理法治化提供了基本遵循和制度支撑,要将《规定》体现的法治原则、法律规定等融入学生管理实践,突出学生主体地位,细化完善具体制度,建立健全规范化管理体系,提升师生法律素养,推进学生教育管理法治化。With the comprehensive promotion of state governance by law and the modernization of educational governance,it is increasingly urgent to run the school by law and legalize the educational management of students.The Regulations for Managing the Students of Common Colleges and Universities provide basic principles and institutional support for the legalization of college students management.These principles and legal provisions should be implemented in the student management practice,highlighting the subject position of students,refining the specific stipulations,establishing and improving the standardized management system,improving the legal literacy of teachers and students,and promoting the legalization of the educational management.
