摘　　要：目的:了解口腔专科医疗机构互联网医疗发展现状,为建设口腔特色的线上线下相结合发展模式提供思路。方法:对全国口腔专科医院进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析其互联网医疗发展现状,包括联网医疗服务平台应用情况、信息化投入情况、互联网医疗服务平台应用情况、互联网医疗服务内容和远程医疗服务情况。结果:84所口腔专科医院中,信息化投入规模相对较小;样本中77.38%的医院开展了互联网医疗服务,主要包括挂号预约、费用查询、在线缴费和医疗咨询、报告查询、报告推送和健康教育等;65.88%的医院开展了远程医疗服务,主要包括远程视频会诊、远程教学等;现阶段互联网医疗与理想中的服务内容还存在较大差距。结论:口腔专科医疗机构信息化投入规模较小,口腔和信息的复合性人才亟待培养;互联网医疗尚在起步阶段,需进一步规范互联网诊疗,口腔特色的可持续发展路径有待探讨。Objective:To understand the current situation of Internet medical development in stomatological specialty medical institutions,so as to provide a reference for the construction of an online and offline development model with stomatological characteristics.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to the national stomatological hospitals,and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the current situation of their Internet medical development,including the application of the Internet medical service platform,the information investment,the application of the Internet medical service platform,the Internet medical service content and the telemedicine service.Results:Among the 84 stomatological hospitals,the scale of information investment is relatively small;77.38%of the samples carried out Internet medical services,mainly including registration appointments,fee inquiries,online payment,medical consultation,report inquiries,report push,and health education;65.88%carried out telemedicine services,mainly including remote video consultation and remote teaching;At present,there is still a big gap between the Internet medical service and the ideal service content.Conclusion:The scale of informatization investment is small,and the comprehensive talents of Stomatology and information need to be trained urgently.The Internet medical service is still in the initial stage,and it is necessary to further standardize Internet diagnosis and treatment.The sustainable development path of Stomatology features needs to be explored.
