摘　　要：在加强公立医院党建的背景下,通过积极探索党支部工作的考核评估路径,构建适应当前高质量发展大趋势、符合国家和卫生健康体系要求、贴近公立医院实际以及基层党支部特点的指标体系具有重要意义。本研究以北京大学第三医院党支部工作考评指标体系和机制研讨为例,通过文献研究和德尔菲法,探索构建新时期公立医院基层党支部工作考评指标体系,科学设定考评目标和考核条目,合理确定权重,建立监督反馈和激励管理机制,以评促建、以评促改,为综合评定公立医院党支部工作、全面加强党支部战斗堡垒作用提供理论依据和经验借鉴。In recent years,public hospitals have continuously strengthened the construction of grassroots Party organizations.By actively exploring the assessment and evaluation path of Party branch work,build a scientific,systematic,and effective index system that adapts to the current general trend of high quality development,meets the requirements of the state and health system,is close to the reality of public hospitals and the characteristics of grass-roots branches.Taking the discussion on the work evaluation index system and mechanism of the Party branch of the Third Hospital of Peking University as an example,through the qualitative research methods of literature research and Delphi expert consultation,this study explores the construction of the work evaluation index system of the grass-roots Party branch of public hospitals in the new era,scientifically sets the evaluation objectives and items,reasonably weights,and establishes the supervision,feedback and incentive management mechanism.Promoting construction and reform through evaluation provides a theoretical basis and experience for comprehensively evaluating the work of the Party branch in public hospitals and comprehensively strengthening the role of the fighting fortress of the branch.
