摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,公立医院的广大医务人员是疫情防控的中坚力量,做好公立医院文化建设至关重要。常态化疫情防控形势下,首都医科大学宣武医院从强化制度建设、加强教育培训、搭建创新平台、重点表彰激励等多角度发力加强医院文化建设,取得了一定成效。本文介绍了该院常态化疫情防控形势下文化建设的具体实践与思考。During the COVID-19 prevention and control period,public hospitals are the main battlefield to fight COVID-19,and the majority of medical personnel are the backbone of COVID-19 prevention and control.It is vital to do a good job in hospital culture construction.Under the situation of normalized COVID-19 prevention and control,Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University has strengthened the construction of hospital culture from the perspectives of strengthening system construction,strengthening education and training,building an innovation platform,and focusing on commendation and encouragement,and achieved certain results.This paper introduces the specific practice and reflection of the cultural construction under the situation of normalized COVID-19 prevention and control.
