摘  要:近年来,威海市立医院以PDCA为基础,积极引入质量管理工具,持续开展精益管理,逐渐形成独特的精益文化体系,有效激发了员工精益管理主动性、能动性,医院内涵建设有效加强,改善了患者就医体验,提高了员工满意度,促进了组织常态化健康发展。In recent years,based on PDCA,Weihai Municipal Hospital has actively introduced quality management tools,continued to carry out lean management,and gradually formed a unique lean culture system.It effectively stimulates the initiative and initiative of employees in lean management,effectively strengthens the connotation construction of the hospital,improves the experience of patients in medical treatment,improves the satisfaction of employees,and promotes the normalization and healthy development of the organization.
