茯苓化学成分及现代药理研究进展

摘　　要：茯苓是临床上常用的利水渗湿消肿药,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心安神等功效。现代研究发现茯苓的化学成分主要有多糖类(以β-茯苓聚糖最高)、三萜类(块苓酸、茯苓酸、齿孔酸等)、甾醇类、磷酸酯,腺嘌呤、蛋白质等,具有促进水液代谢、调节胃肠功能、镇静、抗肿瘤、护肝等药理作用。现将近年来关于茯苓的化学成分和药理作用的文献进行综述,以期为茯苓的深入研究提供一定的科学依据。Poria cocos is a commonly used medicinal to improve water permeability and detumescence. It has the effect of clearing damp and promoting diuresis, invigorating Spleen, calming Heart and tranquilizing Shen. The main chemical components found in Poria cocos are β-Poria cocos polysaccharide, triterpenoids(block poric acid, poric acid, eburicoic acid), sterol components, phosphate ester, adenine and protein. Modern clinical studies have found that it has anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, diuresis, liver protection, enhancement immunity and sedation and other pharmacological effects. This study summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Poria cocos in recent years in order to provide some scientific basis for the further study of the herb.
