摘  要:文23气藏具有高温、枯竭负压、低孔低渗且多人工裂缝的特点。通过实验研究触变调整剂、胶凝固化剂、微膨胀剂、高温缓凝剂等添加剂对封堵体系性能的影响,形成耐高温120℃,满足枯竭、复杂裂缝储气库老井封堵要求的封堵体系。同时,在采用“承留器+气层封堵剂”挤堵工艺的基础上,针对堵剂突进不能均匀进入的问题,提出多段塞多尺度动态注入工艺,形成一套差异性老井封堵技术。结果表明,该技术能够实现枯竭、复杂裂缝储层地层、管外及井筒的全面密封。枯竭砂岩多裂缝储气库老井封堵技术可为同类储气库老井封堵提供借鉴。Wen 23 gas reservoir is characterized by high temperature,depletion negative pressure,low porosity and permeability,and many artificial fractures.The effects of thixotropic modifier,gelling curing agent,micro expansion agent,high temperature retarder and other additives on the performance of plugging system are studied through experiments,and a plugging system that can withstand 120℃and meet the plugging requirements of old wells in depleted and complex fracture gas storage is obtained.On the basis of the plugging process of"cement retainer+gas layer plugging agent",a multi-slug and multi-scale dynamic injection process is proposed to form a set of differential old well plugging technology for the problem of plugging agent breakthrough.The application results show that the technology can realize the full sealing of depleted,complex fracture formation,outside the pipe and wellbore.The old well plugging technology for depleted sandstone multi-fracture gas storage can provide reference for the old well plugging of similar gas storage.
