减量发展背景下国际化旅居城市照明规划设计方法思考--以三亚市为例

摘　　要：本文重点思考和探讨了减量发展背景环境下,以国际化旅居为特色、以发展夜间经济作为转变经济方式刺激城市内需重要抓手的窗口城市,如何平衡特色发展与降低消耗,更好地进行规划建设布局。判断城市和照明的发展阶段,细分建设层次,优化生态格局,实现正向减量;通过构成肌理和隐喻手法凸显浪漫旅游的风格调性,避免城市尺度过度具象;明确照明作为城市空间品质提升基础设施的配套标准,促进居民健康生活。This paper focuses on thinking and discussing how to balance characteristic development and reduce consumption,in order to better plan and construct a window city with international sojourn as its feature and nighttime economy as the key to stimulate urban domestic demand in the context of reduced development.Judge the development stage of the city and lighting,subdivide the construction level,optimize the ecological pattern,and achieve positive reduction;Highlight the style and tonality of romantic tourism through texture and metaphor to avoid over representation of urban scale;Specify lighting as the supporting standard of urban space quality improvement infrastructure to promote the healthy life of residents.
