摘　　要：目的:探讨基于罗森塔尔效应(RE)的护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者中的效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2022年1月于福建省立医院血液康复科接受治疗的140例MM患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为C组和O组,各70例。C组实施常规护理管理,O组在C组基础上实施基于RE的护理干预。对比两组疲乏状态、心理状态、生活质量、化疗不良反应。结果:干预后,O组简易疲乏量表、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于C组(P<0.05);干预后,两组癌症患者生活功能指标(FLIC)量表中社会良好得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但O组其余的4个领域得分及总分均低于C组(P<0.05);O组不良反应发生率低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:基于RE的护理干预能有效调节MM患者的心理状态,减轻疲乏,且有助于减少化疗相关不良反应的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect(RE) on patients with multiple myeloma(MM). Method: A toatl of 140 MM patients who received treatment in the Department of Hematology Rehabilitation, Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects, and divided into group C and group O according to the random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. Group C received routine nursing management, and group O received nursing intervention based on RE on the basis of group C. The fatigue state, psychological state, quality of life and adverse reactions of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Result: After intervention, the scores of brief fatigue inventory, anxiety and depression in group O were lower than those in group C(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in social good scores between the two groups in the functional living index cancer(FLIC) scale(P>0.05), but the scores of the other four fields and total scores in group O were lower than those in the group C(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group O was lower than that in the group C(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention based on RE can effectively regulate the psychological state of MM patients, reduce fatigue, and help to reduce the incidence of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients.
