伙伴式护理结合全程护理对产妇生活自理能力及母乳相关知识掌握情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨伙伴式护理结合全程护理对产妇生活自理能力及母乳相关知识掌握情况的影响。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年1月漳州市医院产科收治的200例产妇的临床资料,根据干预方法,分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受伙伴式护理结合全程护理。比较两组负性情绪评分、产程时间、分娩方式、生活自理能力与母乳相关知识掌握度。结果:出院前1 d,与对照组比较,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均更低(P<0.05)。出院前1 d,与对照组比较,观察组第一产程、第二产程与总产程时间均更短(P<0.05)。出院前1 d,与对照组比较,观察组生活自理能力评分与母乳相关知识掌握度评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:伙伴式护理结合全程护理可缓解产妇负性情绪,加快产程,提高产妇生活自理能力与母乳喂养知识掌握度。Objective: To explore the effect of partner nursing combined with whole nursing on maternal self-care ability and knowledge of breast milk. Method: The clinical data of 200 pregnant women admitted to Obstetrics Department of Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group according to intervention methods. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received partner nursing combined with whole nursing. Negative emotional scores, labor time, delivery mode, self-care ability and knowledge of breast milk were compared between the two groups. Result: 1 d before discharge, compared with the control group, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the observation group were lower(P<0.05). 1 d before discharge, compared with the control group, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05). 1 d before discharge, compared with the control group, the scores of self-care ability and knowledge of breast milk in the observation group were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The partner nursing combined with the whole nursing can alleviate the negative emotion, accelerate the labor process, improve the living ability and the breastfeeding knowledge.
