摘　　要：目的:对人群中Rh血型进行基因多态性分析,探讨Rh血型分布特征,为临床输血提供重要依据。方法:选取内蒙古二连浩特市中心医院2020年3-6月就诊的蒙古族人群的299份血液样本基因多态性进行检测。调查分析Rh血型分布与C、c、E、e抗原分布,并对红细胞抗原系统等位基因型进行分析。结果:血型分布,CcEe(36.455%)>CCee(34.783%)>ccEe(14.381%)>Ccee(10.702%)>ccee(1.672%)>ccEE(1.338%)>CCEe(0.334%)=ee(0.334%)。未检出CCEE和CcEE,检出1例稀有血型ee。C、c、E、e抗原分布:e(73.08%)>C(58.70%)>c(41.30%)>E(26.92%)。检测基因血型位点Hardy-Weinberg吻合度较好(P>0.05)。结论:内蒙古二连浩特地区蒙古族血型分布与其他地域不同,表现型CcEe比例较多,出现ee基因频率相对更高。对扩大少数民族血型库,以及预防、治疗溶血症等疾病具有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the gene polymorphism of Rh blood group,and to explore the distribution characteristics of Rh blood group,so as to provide an important basis for clinical blood transfusion.Method:A total of 299 blood samples of Mongolian population treated in Inner Mongolia Erenhot Central Hospital from March to June 2020 were selected for genetic polymorphism detection.The distribution of Rh blood group and the distribution of C,c,E and e antigens were investigated and analyzed,and the allele types of erythrocyte antigen system were analyzed.Result:Blood group distribution,CcEe(36.455%) >CCee(34.783%) >ccEe(14.381%) >Ccee(10.702%)>ccee(1.672%) >ccEE(1.338%) >CCEe(0.334%) = ee(0.334%).CCEE and CcEE were not detected,and 1 case of rare blood group ee was detected.C,c,E,e antigen distribution:e(73.08%) >C(58.70%) >c(41.30%) >E(26.92%).The Hardy-Weinberg anastomosis of blood group locus was well detected(P>0.05).Conclusion:The distribution of Mongolian blood types in Erenhot,Inner Mongolia is different from other regions,with a large proportion of CcEe and a relatively higher ee gene frequency.It is of great significance for expanding the blood group bank of ethnic minorities and preventing and treating hemolytic diseases.
