摘　　要：目的:探究参七益气活血胶囊对急性心肌梗死(AMI)气虚血瘀证患者介入治疗后支架内再狭窄的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年5月梅州市中医医院收治的150例AMI气虚血瘀证患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入参七益气活血胶囊。比较两组临床疗效、症候积分和支管内再狭窄情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.67%,高于对照组的61.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胸痛、胸闷、气短、心悸多汗积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,支架内再狭窄发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参七益气活血胶囊治疗AMI气虚血瘀证,效果显著,且能降低支架内再狭窄发生率,改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the effect of Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Capsules on in-stent restenosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after interventional therapy.Method:A total of 150 patients with acute myocardial infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group(n=75) and control group(n=75) by random number table method.The control group was given conventional drug treatment after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and the observation group was given Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and instent restenosis were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%,which was higher than 61.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation and sweating of both groups were lower than those before treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after treatment,the incidence of in-stent restenosis of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Capsules in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has significant effect,and can reduce the incidence of in-stent restenosis,improve the prognosis of patients.
