摘 要:为有效评价智能网联汽车性能,开发应用于智能网联汽车台架试验的平动惯量模拟系统。设计平动惯量模拟系统的机械结构和基于动态矩阵预测控制(dynamic matrix predictive control,DMC)的电惯量模拟控制策略,试验台采用机械惯量与电惯量耦合的方式实现汽车平动惯量模拟。通过限速标志识别及响应场景测试、人行横道线识别及响应场景测试验证平动惯量模拟系统的有效性。实车测试结果表明:电惯量模拟施加实际转矩能够有效跟随理论转矩,误差小于1 N·m,时间滞后约0.1 s,满足惯量模拟的要求。通过机械惯量与电惯量耦合的方式,可在测试过程中准确还原车辆在真实路面加速、减速和制动的行驶状态,实现了在室内试验环境下对智能网联汽车进行台架检测。To effectively evaluate the performance of intelligent and connected vehicle,a translation inertia simulation system applied to the test of intelligent networked vehicle platform is developed.The mechanical structure of the translation inertia simulation system and the electric inertia simulation control strategy based on dynamic matrix predictive control(DMC)are designed.The vehicle translation inertia is simulated by coupling the mechanical inertia with the electric inertia.The effectiveness of the translation inertia simulation system is verified through speed limit sign recognition and response scenario test,crosswalk line recognition and response scenario test.The results show that the actual torque applied by electric inertia simulation can effectively follow the theoretical torque,the error is less than 1 N·m,and the time lag is about 0.1 s,meeting the requirements of inertia simulation.Through the coupling of mechanical inertia and electrical inertia,the driving state of vehicle acceleration,deceleration and braking on the real road can be accurately restored during the test process,and the platform detection of intelligent network connected vehicle in the indoor test environment is realized.
