摘  要:山嵛酸银是一种热敏成像常用的材料。由于一些未反应的山嵛酸、山嵛酸钠及表面活性剂等物质的存在,山嵛酸银制备后需要进行水洗。本文综合阐述了目前实验室中山嵛酸银水洗的三种方法,即抽滤水洗,分离机水洗和静置水洗,三种方法均能达到水洗的要求,但在水洗用水量,水洗时间及处理量等方面存在差异,直接影响着水洗效率。三种方法中分离机水洗用水量相对较小,抽滤瓶水洗时间最长,分离机水洗和静置水洗对山嵛酸银的处理量相对较大,且静置水洗操作最为简便。在今后山嵛酸银的水洗研究中可以在上述方法的基础上,综合利用各方法的优势,找到一种更经济、更高效、更简便的方法。Silver behenate is a commonly used material for thermal imaging.Due to the existence of unreacted behenic acid,sodium behenate and surfactant,silver behenate needs to be washed after preparation.This paper comprehensively expounds three methods of washing silver behenate in the laboratory at present,namely,suction filtration washing,separator washing and standing washing.All three methods can meet the requirements of washing,but there are differences in water consumption,washing time and treatment capacity,which directly affect the efficiency of washing.Among the three methods,the water consumption of separator washing is relatively small,the washing time of suction filter bottle is the longest,the treatment capacity of separator washing and standing washing is relatively large,and the standing washing operation is the most simple.On the basis of the above methods,a more economical,more efficient and simpler method can be found by comprehensively utilizing the advantages of each method in the future water washing research of silver behenate.
