摘  要:本文从PO膜热封层基本原料即弹性体、钛白及添加剂开口剂出发,考察了各原料不同相对含量的配方对应淋膜样品在是否电晕条件下对膜与EVA黏结力的影响,发现配方中弹性体含量越低、钛白及开口剂含量越高,电晕与不电晕的膜样品与EVA黏结力的差别越小,对进一步开展PO膜降成本工作具有一定指导意义。In this paper,starting from the basic raw materials of PO film heat sealing layer,namely elastomer,titanium dioxide and additive opening agent,the influence of the formula with different relative content of each raw material on the adhesion between the film and EVA under the condition of corona or not was investigated.It was found that the lower the elastomer content,the higher the titanium dioxide and opening agent content in the formula,the smaller the difference between the adhesion between corona and non-corona film samples and EVA,It has a certain guiding significance for further cost reduction of PO membrane.
