支气管扩张症的中医证候特征与中医药治疗研究进展

摘　　要：支气管扩张症是临床常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,是由各种原因引起的支气管变形及不可逆扩张,临床表现为慢性咳嗽、大量咳痰和(或)间断咯血、伴或不伴气促和呼吸衰竭等轻重不等的症状,目前,临床上常使用抗生素及止血药治疗该病,该病极难治愈,易反复发生,很大程度上影响了患者的生活质量。加之该病常合并其他肺部疾病(如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、社区获得性肺炎等)发作,治疗重点常在他病。中药治疗该病有确切的疗效,能够有效缓解患者的症状,延缓患者发病间期,改善患者生活质量。本文根据查阅文献及总结临床经验阐述了该病的中医证候特点、辨证分型及治疗进展,以期为临床提供参考。Bronchiectasis is a common clinical chronic respiratory disease,which is caused by various causes of bronchial deformation and irreversible expansion.Its clinical manifestations include chronic cough,massive sputum and(or)intermittent hemoptysis,with or without shortness of breath and respiratory failure,and other symptoms of varying degrees.Currently,antibiotics and hemostatic drugs are often used clinically to treat this disease.It is extremely difficult to cure,easy to recur,and greatly affects the quality of life of patients.In addition,the disease is often accompanied by other pulmonary diseases(such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,community acquired pneumonia,etc.),and the treatment focus is often on other diseases.A large number of studies and clinical practices have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect on this disease,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,delay the onset interval of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.Based on literature review and clinical experience,this paper expounds the characteristics of TCM syndromes,syndrome differentiation and treatment progress of the disease,with a view to providing reference for clinical practice.
